How to use:

• Break off the floss in about 18 to 24-inch pieces and keep the floss around your middle fingers
• Leave about 4 inches of floss between your teeth
• Grasp the floss firmly between your thumb and the index finger of each hand
• Gently move the floss between teeth
• Gently and slowly floss up and down against the tooth to clean both above and below the gum line
• Rotate the floss around the tooth for maximum results
• Do not floss in the gums as it will hurt
• When the floss reaches the gums, bend the floss to the bottom of the tooth to create a C-shape. This helps the floss to close the distance between the gums and the teeth
• Take a new piece of floss for every tooth, unwinding the floss from one finger and rewinding it to the other finger
• Repeat the same cleaning procedure for each tooth
